Hi,
when creating a backup-file in the WAMP control center a file called wamp_backup.tar.gz is generated. This works fine, but when I try to restore my data the program reports that this is not a WAMP backup file. Can you give me a hint how to restore? Thanks, Timo |

Unzip the archive and you will find the backed up files. If automated restore does not work for you, copy them to the respective destinations manually, overwriting the existing files.
Always reboot (or at least restart the web server) after a restore. |
