Hallo,
ich habe MySQL über Windows --> Software deinstalliert. Die Fehlermeldung erscheint aber immer noch!? Ich nutze ein deutsches Windows XP Professional als Betriebssystem. Was kann ich noch tun? Vielen Dank für schnelle Antworten (wenn möglich auf Deutsch)! Michi english: I have removed MySQL at my PC but the system information always insits that there is MySQL still installed!? I use a "German" WIN XP Pro as operating system. What can I do!? Many thanks in advance Michi |

hi,
same problem here. needed to reinstall wamp and deleted any apache and mysql key from registry. there aren't any services with this name anymore. restartet, doesn't work. deleted e-novative wamp directery, ran same reg-cleaner, still no change to install :-( |

this is the install log.
i'm shure there is no WAMP any more, can you point to the some maybe not removed fragements of the old version? WAMP 2.1.1 Installation Log Analyzing system: Windows Version=XP ->Administrator=true WAMP version 2.0.0 detected Fatal: Cannot update existing WAMP installation. |

| Delete the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\e-novative\WAMP. Does this help? | |
